Boxwood

That's normal if they've gone through some cold weather, I've seen some turn red and orange around here. Don't let it dry out though, if the leaves turn a straw yellow color that's bad.
 
It looks fine for a boxwood in very cold weather. Junipers are the same way sometimes. My nanas will turn purple if it gets too cold.
Brown is bad. Dry thin beige is bad news. Orange and Red with a glossy leaf is fine this time of year.
