I know they can't send plants.
I want to get some router/Drexel bits but not sure if I can order from them.

I don't know which bits are you actually looking for, but this website carries plenty of wood carving bits that could be used for bonsai as well.

Samurai.nl has tons of carving bits too, I believe they ship worldwide as well. I've had nothing but great experiences with both him and Harry.

I dropped him a line. But he's got a big show on Sunday he's going to attend. So I'm not sure I'll hear anything over the weekend.
