I completely understand...

But...

On FB, there are groups that you can subscribe to such as "Bonsai Classified" and "Bonsai Auctions". You could just visit those and ignore the rest.

Some users created those sites to avoid having to pay the eBay fee to sell and auction stuff. The auctions run for 5 days or so. You should try one, and see if you like it. The admins do it on their own free time.
 
Anyone have a link to this auction forum on facebook, I really would like to check it out?!
 
I did send a PM to one running the auction group. And...I am allowed to share a link onto a forum. I think the link confusion was not posting a link to the auction group as a listing. (Now that I'm home I could easily attach the link in question.)

It is a closed group, which I think means you have to join the group to see what is posted. Unless I'm not remembering my facebook privacy settings correctly (or they've changed).

You may have a point...Anyone interested in seeing the group...Anyone seriously interested...send me a PM. (Though I'm not on as much as I used to be...Being busy with preparing for our departure in June.)

*Note: Sorry @bonsaimaster1 you don't run in my circle...I won't go out of my way for one I don't know...and only seeming interested in using this amazing forum as a sales site.

I was joking and said the owner signed legal papers banning us from using it...
:)

But that is reserved for peace amongst us I believe....
Not for people trying to screw us!

But I don't believe his intentions are to screw us...at least....it's not going to happen now!

I don't care who on eBay buys anything for anything!

Just always firmly resting like a jockncup...

Yes, I realize that. Let me just clarify that I understand your clarification to my clarification.

Let me also clarify that, to this point, I do not use facebook and do not have a facebook account, so I am not privy to the bonsai auction forum or listings. I've been invited previously, I just have not done it because I don't have a facebook account and don't know how to use facebook, and have never wanted to spend the time to get up to speed. (As a side note, I'm also concerned that people I have not spoken to in years will find me and try to reacquaint themselves with me; there's a reason we have not spoken in years....). Lastly, I do own stock in facebook, so I'm not against facebook, and think everybody should use facebook regularly and click all the advertising and promotion links repeatedly...often, daily.

I know some go under an alias...but, as a seller that would be difficult to do. I respect your business,your reputation exceeds itself...and am sure your well established to get along just fine without the use of such auctions.

I wish I was on weed or crack with everything that happened today! Again, just want to apologize to you all for my actions. I am not the kind to just post and then never come back. I did read that post of the gecko freezer incident, it was kind of interesting to see how fast she was here and how fast she left. Anyways, please forgive me guys. I was being dumb and asking to sell my trees rather than showing you guys my interest of trees nor introducing myself. Huge mistake. I understand now. Being young has its flaws, I sincerely apologize!!!

It ain't easy to, I don't wanna say..."for in", but something like that, after being familiar with ANY other forum....
Being that here....we self moderate, have little to no rules, and a really tight knit bunch.

It takes a lot to come out and say that.
I respect that!

And I'm Uber glad you didn't take that crack comment wrong!

I'm way closer to the most posts ever...
