A True Bonsai Tree

Most of you here know exactly what I am saying but cannot bring yourself to admit it because of your investments and commitments..….That's OK though...…... I know it takes a lot to admit to making Bonsai Look Alikes as opposed to real Bonsai.
and a lot of the Bonsai Look Alikes I see here are definately fine examples of the real thing....

Uh, we have absolutely no idea what you're talking about dude, or at least so confused about your idea we're flummoxed. It would take a lot for you to admit you're a dime short of a dollar.
 
Just curious, Bolero has been on the forum for almost 5 years. Does anyone actually know him in person? Anyone?

Fine examples of the real thing as in “True Bonsai”? Or fine examples of “Bonsai Look Alikes”?

And can you post some pictures of each?

Just exactly how do you define which are the real thing and which are the look alikes?

No----, because according to Bolero's parameters, it was not designed by a Japanese or Chinese master! See you can't win and Bolero can't lose. and he still does not have to make an effort to make decent fake bonsai.

But wait...does that mean smoke purchased a $140 tree from FB bonsai auctions and killed it and placed it in a penjing scene after being nice enough (in his own way) to try and talk me out of buying it? If so, color me impressed. Thats baller level trolling.

It's obviously @Bonsai Nut , look at the traffic!!! Popped in over the weekend and it was quiet.....everyone was in here!!! No I have to take him off ignore because I'm a bit concerned.



….had to shut down my computer with the touch-screen because I blew Guinness all over the monitor when I thought of @Bonsai Nut part....🤮🤮🤮🤮

Yo... don't be dissin' my Yorkshire pudding and Roast Beef! And I'm not from the UK!

My son came home from college for Christmas, and I told him we were going to be having Yorkshire pudding and roast beef for Christmas. He had never had Yorkshire pudding... and didn't know what he was in for. When we served the meal his quote "this has to be the most poorly named dish in the world... it has nothing to do with pudding, and in fact is nothing more than some kind of puffy starch with roast drippings and butter!"

Needless to say, he ate every bit :)
