Bought two JBP & two Tridents from fellow Bnut @Dav4 today. These trees were priced to move, and move I did! It also doesn't help when you drive a two door Civic (or does it).

Yeah, but that 2-door civic gets such great mileage, you can make multiple trips and save $$ in the long run!

Yeah that's true, sounds like a good plan. Funny talking to you when I said I hope I don't kill the trees and you said "You still doing that?" I'm not trying too.

I went with a DeWalt model because it's the only one I found with the blunt nose so they wouldn't dig into the bark while removing wire.
You totally beat that with the price tag, though.

I bought a 3cf. Bag of perlite. I’m mixing it up on my air layer substrate this season. I’m going to try a 70/30ish mix of perlite and coco coir topped with a layer of permatill to keep the wind out. I’m tired of picking sphagnum out of roots.

30 seconds with my stone is all it took for that blunt nose.

You can color it with just... a crayon, No. 2 pencil, my imagination... the anticipation is killing me. I'm going to color mine with a sharpie.
