The bottom one is redbud. The fruit tree I can't tell for sure. How does it smell?

Goggle says the top one is Callery/Bradford pear.

They smell like someone is cremating bodies next to a hot dog factory. Flies love it. I used to know the name of it but I can't remember. I know it's invasive.

Okay, so Callery/Bradford pear are the same. nice.

Kimi Maru. Without a doubt my favorite Satsuki. My phone didn't do a great job of picking up the color on this one. In person the edges are a deeper yet still very subtle shade of pink. Some of the flowers have a bit of a green throat.
