Winter's still here and won't leave

Got 12 inches of snow Wednesday. It was 5 degrees yesterday morning. Got another 2 inches of snow today. High of 27 tomorrow I think they said. It's supposed to warm up into the 30s next week sometime. My trees probably won't come out until May.

Guess...your post...makes the snow falling not so bad...an inch or so...forecast. Can not complain...

"Pure Michigan", my ass. You can keep it!

It's pure alright!
For most people it's pure hell.
Even the ones living here.
I love it for the simple fact that once I figured out how to keep voles down to a dull roar,my overwintering bonsai is simple. It says cold so I don't get early leaf out. No Curly Shuffle here.
Granted I don't get to work on them for 5 months or more but I have peace of mind.

Now that I can have @WeeMac move some, maybe I can get to the two beer threshold.

I probably look like a parent teaching a kid how to ride a bike, arms all stretched out and side-steppin' along....:eek:o_O:D:D:D:D:D:D

Landscape nurseries don't have anything in the yard yet. Looking to stump some material!!:(;):D:D:D:D:D:D

Snowed again this morning. Only flurries but still. Allegedly we're going to hit 60s by the end of the week. Yeah, we'll see!

Dodged the bullet last night. Temps out back hit 32.5 although the bitdbath out front was iced over. Can’t wit to see what the japanese maples out there look like in a couple days. Hopefully they made it. All the trees in pots were safe in the garage. One of those temporary popup greenhouses is looking better and better for next winter.
