This was a bit slow to get going this spring but is finally pushing along, canopy seems to be approaching the slightly less tall and more rounded look. A nice runner picking up steam on the right side to thicken that branch. Just need the lowest left branch to get moving and see if it can be useable in the design.

Thinned out and defoliated stronger growth. I'm pleased with the progress since November '15 (post #17). Needs a piece of wire here and there. And now the roots are thickening and forming a ball shape, I gotta get some strong surface roots happening. Repotting today, if the base is flat enough it may even end up on a board.

Just coming to the end of winter now and a few small twigs have died off, thought I would give it a pre spring trim to let light back into the interior and kick things off again. A few areas need wiring again later in the season. And a repot in the next month or 2.
