Which branch to cut?

Let it grow, especially to thicken the two lower branches, then shorten them one or two years from now, IMHO.

The profile is too broad as well. Shorten the two lowest branches by about half. That will give better proportions.

By the way, I simply did a virt with which branches to keep. These doesn't mean this is how you should wire them. Avoid horizontal lines. For an elm they should all sweep upwards.
