What's going on with this Jade? Rusty looking spots.

Just today I noticed a couple leaves on one of my jade cuttings has some rusty looking spots. What's going on here?
Should I remove these leaves? Should I pull the plant out of the pot so the other two don't get infected?

Mealy bug...?// no chance of sunburn???
I researched this for a few last night because I’ve seen something similar on a leaf or two of one I have. I cut that leaf off...north porch for a spell..now it’s in full sun....bake it

The sites I found that appear any merit to it, seem to say clean leaves with a q-tip dipped in alcohol, or even fine mist with rubbing alcohol...I just am leaving mine to the sun
