I see potential with this as a front. The base of the tree is powerful. IF...you could remove the thick trunk on the left behind the thinner one. You can give the visual of taper in the upper section.

It needs to be given time to just grow offer branching to work with. That said...not now but a later date. I would consider a slight tilt to the right even.

I am a sucker for obtuse triangle canopies Clyde... that's me. But that is a wing dinger of a trunk base to definitely work with. Shorter...is always a thicker trunk for a visual.

I actually like this a lot. I was kind of thinking this direction. Especially since I can just root the chunks I cut off.

Well @milehigh_7 ...great minds 😉...

This shows...it isn't to long/tall. It's Well proportioned. And that hint of taper. That base is wide and strong. It's a fantastic piece ... truly! Yes...root those bad boys!!!

Yeah, I agree I just needed fresh eyes. For some reason, I had not considered this in the beginning but then going back and circling I began to see this option. I think it's the best choice to move it forward.
