What are your pesky bonsai weeds?

Liverwort is getting worse here in UK due to the seemingly-endless storms and persistent rainfall- Climate change certainly isn't fake news here !

I had lots of oxalis in my pots, but I would take out a handful every time I checked on my trees. I'm sure it'll be back in the spring.

I’m wearing a white T-shirt today and had to pick loads of oxalis seeds off after watering before heading to work this morning

I've heard they're not just vectors but also have pores and loops in their root system in which some nematodes get stuck and digested.
That information is anecdotal though.

Wow I need to rethink using them as signal plant for leaf rust, and what I thought was natural tillage.

Oxalis, and a local weed that seems to spread its wild oats with the proclivity of a drunken sailor on shore leave after a 6 month deployment under the north pole.

Like many others, I am constantly battling Oxalis. The stuff @PaulH said about it being a vector for nematodes is news to me. Just another reason to hate Oxalis, I guess. I thought nematodes were mostly a problem if you have poor draining soil with low oxygen conditions. Hopefully, it's not as likely to be an issue with inorganic (APL) soil.

Like literally everyone so far, mine are oxalis and irish moss. The tragedy is that on my 11th floor balcony, neither could have gotten there by themselves. I thought they were cute groundcovers with more aesthetic interest than moss, so I introduced them, but only to one pot. Such cute, prolific little flowers! Lesson learned! Going forward, groundcover plants, if I buy them at all, are put in their own pots as accents, and set at a distance from other pots, and possibly also deadheaded so those happy little flowers don't become invading hoards.
