Sounds like a bag of weed in the 80's.......:confused::cool::cool::D:D:D:D:D:D

Seriously though, I might need to find some of that orchid moss. Stuff you get at the Depot looks like it needs to get smashed between a couple of rocks by a caveman........
........right up my alley!:mad::mad::mad::eek::eek::eek::D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Source of moss? @c54
I pick it fresh.
It doesn't have all of the lumber in it.

More like those mushrooms we used to get in college. I mean some guys I used to know would get - I would never indulge in something like that. Anyway...I remember they used to complain about having more stems than caps. Or something like that. My memory is a little hazy...

A buddy rented an in-law apt. when he went to college. Killer spot right on Lake Winnisquam....it was great. Lasagna Hamburger Helper with a quarter of 'shrooms......glory days!!!:eek::eek::D:D:D:D:D

Sounds better than a peanut butter and shroom sammich. Not that I would know.

Don't waste your time with moss. I guarantee you that the soil is somewhat moist below the surface.
Just water thoroughly in the morning and again when you arrive home from work.

Shrooms on Beef sandwiches!

@c54fun what are the dimensions of that package?

Not sure of the dimensions. They come in different sizes. The link I posted is a small bail compared to what I bought.

I use a bread knife to chop up Sphagnum moss. Tried shredding by hand, and scissors and the bread knife worked the best. Shred it up, store it in a bag and use it whenever I need it. You can add ground up moss to it if you want moss to grow.

I use an old blender, works like a charm.
