Urban Yamadori weeping taxus

I was lucky enough to be able to save this weeping taxus from being bulldozed. Now I have the challenge of trying to reduce the size, height and root mass. Any techniques on how to reduce leaf size? Or is it even possible? Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated. The images aren’t the best, had to take screenshots from my video.
