Uploading PDF as a resource - filesize issue

Today I made this topic about the size of Tokoname bonsai pots.
I also found a nice PDF about Tokaname pots I wanted to add to the topic but I'm not able to upload it in a topic.

Therefore I thought I make a new resource article and refer to it in my topic.
But when I upload the PDF I get a message that the file is too large (slightly larger than 10MB).

What is the maximum filesize for something like this?
Is there a possiblity that I can add a PDF to a topic?

The file is really too big, try converting it to a win rar archive. And then open through it

You could host it somewhere else, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. and then link from there.

I didn't see this post earlier. I don't like to host massive files (10 MB+) because of the impact it has on site response times. Additionally, about 2/3rds of our volume now is via mobile phone, and if someone clicks on a link with a 10MB file, it can make their hosting plan very unhappy.

A couple possible solutions:
(1) If you have access to Adobe Acrobat, you can try resizing the PDF using a higher level of compression.
(2) You can compress it via a 3rd party app like WinRar or WinZip and share it as a compressed file.
(3) You can host it somewhere else and link to it.
(4) You can simply post a link to the original document location (if, for example, you are linking to a Tokoname site, etc)
