Tree ID please

Could someone tell me what I planted - thinking it was maybe an Almond Tree ?

Definitely not almond.
The leaves remind me of something but not sure what given so little info. Let it grow a bit so we can see the growth pattern and fully open leaves.

Are the serrated leaves in the photo from the same plant? I figured they were from something different, but wasn't sure.

Never mind. They looked a bit strawberryesque, and then I saw the strawberry flower in the photo

Persimmon is possible but they rarely produce seeds. I've searched hundreds of fruit for several years without finding a single seed so where did this one come from?

Still looks like a stunted Loquat to me! have you been spitting out the pits in your yard?!

Its a Persimmon ( I ate a Persimmon and got rid of the seed in the garden ) Persimmon was locally grown but now the tree is gone - someone cut it down .
