I mainly use one method. I collect scion, wrap them in parafilm, slit the bottom end on opposite sides, make a deep slit into the "stock" or intended tree at branch or trunk, insert the scion matching the cambium, and complete the wrapping to hold scion and seal them on the spot. I don't use a bag with moss for humidity. I guess I have enough of it in my atmosphere.When you did the first wave of grafting the smaller branches on what grafting method did you use?

Yenling asked me to show my grafting way in other post, so I will create this post for that. My teacher, Mr. Richard Ota, taught me this. Yesterday and this morning, I did some grafting on ume, kinzu and meiwa kumquat and black pine. This month is not suitable to do pine grafting in my area...
