When you did the first wave of grafting the smaller branches on what grafting method did you use?
I mainly use one method. I collect scion, wrap them in parafilm, slit the bottom end on opposite sides, make a deep slit into the "stock" or intended tree at branch or trunk, insert the scion matching the cambium, and complete the wrapping to hold scion and seal them on the spot. I don't use a bag with moss for humidity. I guess I have enough of it in my atmosphere.

How long did it take for them to actually take? Several weeks?
 
I have six single trunks potted up individually ranging from a dime to a nickel in thickness. I'm so tempted to pot them up as a group and then start grafting branches onto key locations as you did. In 5yrs you did an outstanding job on this one.
