Beautiful maple. I would love to have one like that.
Bald cypress. Trunk chopped 3 places. Last two done at same time. Slight inverse taper from first chop is only from the view shown. Hope to grow out of it.

P. afra two year progress

It's been snacked on by a grasshopper and probably spider mites, so it's looking a bit ratty. Hoping I can improve it this summer.

yeah........Shemp........one of the many "nicknames" I had as a 'ute......but he is still my favorite Stooge.....


...thought I would take @Hartinez table out for a spin.....my crappy handycam doesn't do it justice but, s#$t, once I get my tree together, this'll be a sweet show. Should be able to get a sizable stage for any accent choice.....next year I can re-pot an' it'll be bangin'....for a hack like me!!!! Peace!!!

The pine looks so good on the stand! Great light! And yeah, that maple needs something a little more feminine. Something with more curves I’d say.

I trim my pines in the late winter like early February . Try to decandle all my jbp and white pine in mid june. This year though we may never warm up or get dry , very odd weather .
