nursery stock RMJ. 2021-2024. from five trunks, to three, to two, and today I made the decision to go to one. I’m thinking a nanban will suit this tree so much better now that it’s streamlined.
Sagebrush. It doesn’t necessarily need that prop stick. But when the winds are flowing it keeps the tree stabilized with that tiny point of contact with the soil.
Considering removing this area on the right and back.
Medium size Elaeagnus that I dug up out of the ground from a neglected nursery a year ago. It was allowed to grow freely last season and was recently given an initial styling. The trunk is hollow all the way down to the base, I’ll need to make a hole at the bottom soon to allow water to drain out

I dont have high expectations from this ginkgo but it was a gift from my Kids for fathersday some years ago so i keep it around it used to be straight as a telephone pole and it has a terrible nebari.
Bottom left sprout is actualy 4 years old it leaves out every year but i just cant it get to grow into a branch ive tried cuting back the rest to one bud and heavily feed it but it just dont happen maybe i have to study on this weird but awesome species some more haha
