You should really start thinking about developing the nebari ;)
gonna need a photo...
Like “The Tree Thread”, this is a new thread where, if you comment, you have to post a picture of one of your Shohin trees (8” or less in height), in a Bonsai pot, and ideally in a display format. You can post the same tree multiple times, in different seasons, different arrangements, or with different accents. Please include pot maker.
Smaller arrangement. JBP, Syuzan; Trident, Ikkou; grasses, shinobu; princess persimmon, Shuho.

Thanks .... I trained him since he was an egg ;), j/k. It was a baby blue jay that we rescued in my back yard, he was hanging out for the first 4-5 days or so. Very lucky to be able to take that pic.74D2E6F3-22BC-459F-87F2-2BC58780DDCE.jpeg

I would love to know more about the process you used to make that - how you started it, when it was chopped, etc. I would like to make it a point to start a deciduous mame next year

in order to keep with the rules, here is a neea buxifolia, I don't seem to see many talk about this species. No idea what pot.
