The guess that tree thread

The tree thread is awesome and I thought I would try and put a little twist on it. Post a picture of part of a tree, a leaf, a needle, a bud, a section of bark etc. something that will tell the kind of tree without giving it away easily. The person who names the tree has to post a pic for the next person to guess. If the thread survives, great, if not no big deal but I hope some of you want to play.... I'll start
