Suthin's bonsai collcetion sale

I almost fell out of my chair when I saw those prices on the JBPs. As far as I'm concerned he's giving them away. Whoever heard of paying $4,000 for a tree that anywhere else would probably be over 10,000. Not only the JBPs but all of the finished trees he's selling have incredible pricing. I would gladly pay the price he's asking for any of the JBPs or the maples, and I'm not rich, I just know a deal when I see one. There will be a few lucky people there, too bad I won't be one of them. :-(

Seems to be a lot of nice material. However, I was a bit concerned when I read suthins terms & conditions of the sale.

"There are no expressed or implied warrants that the tree is alive at time of purchase." someone of his supposed reputation should at least assure people that his trees are alive when they buy them.

.

So i am to travel, half way around the world, kiss some butt, and spend a fortune, and there wasn't even a picture. never mind, names mean little to me....

There is a link for you to click that will show you trees and prices. Perhaps you should open your eyes when you are kissing next time...

There are several trees I'd love to get my paws on, and the pricing seems reasonable. The pre bonsai especially are nice prices.
The risk of a trip for maybe getting something is worth it if you have the time and money. I have neither! ;)
My thoughts exactly Judy...I don't have the time...or the shot in the dark that I couldn't get the prebonsai I liked. But...there are potentials I would have loved to have had a chance at. But...it's not meant to be. But...am excited for those with the opportunity to go to this amazing sale. Some very impressive material being offered. From a well respected man in the bonsai circle. So viewing those trees first hand will be surely something to behold.

Yo, Sorce, did you see this?

@JudyB I don't think she kisses....ahem...
Then again....I don't think she is a she anymore than Smokes Momma is.
Or Klytus.

Did you see...you must be present...but, they are offering an option to ship once you make purchase there. There his name is again...my contact I'm always sharing...Scott Lee who I got my Shimpaku and Neagari Satsuki from.

The bonsai sale at Suthin Sukosolvisit’s on June 25, 2016, will have a lot of spectacular trees for sale, some of which may be challenging for you to get safely home on your own. We are happy to announce two shipping options for the sale.

Option 1
Interstate-80 delivery service:
Meeting spots can be arranged along Interstate-80 throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, and Eastern Nebraska. Shipping and handling charges will be figured based upon the size and number of trees you would like delivered. All payments must be cleared before your tree(s) are loaded for transport. Cash or PayPal payments will be accepted on site.

Option 2
Best Way/Carrier shipping is available from the final stop in Lincoln, Nebraska:
Your tree(s) will be professionally packed and shipped to your door, after being transported to Lincoln, Nebraska from the East Coast. Shipping and handling charges will be based upon the size and shape of your tree(s), and current shipping rates from Lincoln, Nebraska to your location. The transport fee from Massachusetts to Nebraska will also be factored in. Once your tree(s) are packed, measured, and weighed we will notify you of your shipping cost. All payments must be received the day your tree(s) are scheduled to ship.

Please email Scott Lee at scottll720@gmail.com with questions and to discuss arrangements. Space will be limited.

I think she's a painted lady or maybe a bar fly judging from the time of her post. 3:30 is about the time they get home from evening activities.

Kansas City to Stoughton Massachusetts is half way around the world? Must not get out much. Maybe she kisses with her eyes are opened but the butt kissing occurs during a brown out.

I managed to make it up there. I purchased one tree. And no, not a maple at last! I felt the whole sale event was fantastic and well managed. Trees of course were of great caliber.

Not sure how many BNutters were there today but I did meet Scott (markyscott) who came all the way from Texas!

LOL ok I suppose. I will try and take a pic tomorrow and post it here. :)

The ten minutes you had to make the first purchase is nerve-racking specially since I had budgeted for just one tree. I used a life line (Suthin) to help me decide.
