I have a collection of small spruce trees I collect as saplings from Talkeetna, AK a couple years ago. I would love to turn some/all of these into a forest. I’m not entirely sure what size pot/ type of pot I should get for them. Any advice from anyone out there who has done this before would be awesome.

Pot size depends on how large you want your forest to be. The seedlings are still quite small but they will grow to whatever size you want. That's your choice.

I wouldn't rush these into a bonsai pot. Grow them out in individual post for a few years to get better trunks then put your forest together.
Looks like you may have a couple of seedlings in some of those pots. That's a good thing for group plantings because it helps get some random spacing into the final forest by having a couple of the trees quite close together.
