Ryan Neil coined the term:

It means "Sacrifice Appointed Continuance" ie; a long branch structure that will be pruned off later as in a sacrifice branch, or branch unit. All of this is covered in the Level Five series of the Ryan Neil video's. $2400.00 a year plus two follow up's at $500.00 each....cheap!
