I have a blog that I post just about everything I do hobby related to and I just use those url's to post pics here.....It would seem that would be best from a bandwidth side for Bonsainut but most posters here post small clickable thumbnails that I think or hosted here on this site and therefore cause more bandwidth to be used....?

I don't want to rock the boat so to speak if the smaller thumbnails pics in a post or preferred I will start posting that way....?

Anyone care to give their opinion...?

Thank You
Brian

I think most people just do what they know. Some use their blogs or photobucket (large), others just upload them from their computer (small).

One of the other sites I'm on actually requires the photos to be loaded on their site so that they don't disappear later. I don't think it makes much difference here though. Just your preference. :)

I personally prefer to look at the larger images.

I think bigger is better. Clicking on thumb nail is a waste of time.

I agree so I will just keep posting away as I have been....

www.vendo80.blogspot.com for bonsai and coke machine stuff....

www.D86.com for all our years of kart racing and anything else more than a year old or so.

I don't do facebook, twitter or any of the rest of the social media stuff.

I like your pic size. You can actually see them. Then if your really interested you can click on them and the blow up even bigger. That's my favorite way. You don't have to click on them to see if your even interested.

I think that I've seen people say that they do not like the larger pics, as their connection may be slower, and it takes a long time to load each post. I don't mind it, but I can see their point.

Coke machine restoration is quite the unique hobby. Even more obscure than is bonsai. Cool shed. Nice shelving. I'll be stopping by to spy on your life.

Still looking for my 2nd coke machine...Got a killer deal on the Vendo 80 as well as the shed.

I understand that point of view but you can't go backward for the sake of those who won't go forward. Most of my knowledge of computers has been a direct result of my involvement with bonsai and bonsai sites I have become part of;
