Sequoiadendron giganteum advice

Unfortunately you guys were correct. Due to stress, through my cutting etc. my sapling got a black canker so I destroyed and burnt it to prevent my other tree's catching it. As I have others I am now following members advice and letting them grow. Three photos (first two)14/04/2023 - same sapling 25/06/2023 it's doubled in height in two months. 3rd photo trunk with UK penny for scale. Height 52cm width/diameter 1.5cm.

I am using biogold.

My question for you guys is when should I start the process of converting to Bonsai?

Any help much appreciated.
