Seedling
I have a scots pine that is pushing some buds and they die back with black tips, other buds seem fine. Also, last years growth is very light green and doesn’t look healthy.
There has been good growth this year but it seems spotty. I’ve been dealing with this cycle for a few years now. Figured it was diplodia-tip blight but the fungicides I’ve been using haven’t seemed to correct it. Any suggestions I’d really appreciate it.
