Real Trees Have a Lot of Flaws

pare it down to the wire shadow on the rock, backdropped by some sand, wabi-sabi....your photo is a great shot of some junk on a rugged beach...that I enjoy viewing!
Hehe! It was more of a humorous “jab” at “wabi-sabi”

But thank you!

That was my favorite shot from yesterday’s “walk”.

I got your surprise right here...1619217353827.png
"...So lack-luster that it does not inspire a pulse within one's body. That class left me non-pulsed. I was non-pulsed by his idea."

There is 9,577 miles of Great Lakes shoreline, most of it pleasant, if not pristine, so a picture of a rusting electrical panel laying on the beach is not picturesque, has no artistic content and I'm pretty sure not wabi sabi unless there is something terribly screwed up in the translation.

You really “throwin’ up the dukes” quick today. I hope everything is ok. (Being real)

I was just goofin’ ‘round. “a humorous jab at...” (about the wabi-sabi.. and an off-hand picture from a recent hike... I DO understand. :) )

I didn’t intend to breach your comfort threshold.

Not to worry, my perspective is less educated in the arts such that I have a tendency to only accept as "art" that which has a positive leaning. "Ugly", from my personal perspective, drops off the map.

Makes sense. :)

The ones taken “for artistic” purposes are much better.
This one brings a lone tear to my eye.
I’ll go to another scenic Lake MI point tomorrow..
