Quick stop in at Chikugo-en

I was in Southern California for work last week and was able to stop in at Chikugo en on the way to the airport. I didn’t have a lot of time and the pics aren’t great but figured I’d share. I met the well known owner Gary who was very friendly.
The nursery is compact but is filled with treasures. Lots of great Shimpaku, some really great pre bonsai ready for styling. Some very nice large black pines as well. And lots of other nice species as well. Well worth the visit and I’d recommend to anybody to stop in.
