Question on surfactants and fertilizer for foliar feeding mix.

Can anyone recommend some good non-ionic horticultural surfactants? (That won't break the bank)I'm detaching a 2 year long air layer and want to make a foliar feed mix with seaweed extract and a surfactant. Anybody have experience with that combination? I'd appreciate any advice!
