This is really funny. I had often wondered if anyone had ever done this. Ive thought about it but didnt want to do anything to hurt my trees.

If you keep them outside, and limit the time the lights are on, (or use led's) I don't think it can really hurt a sturdy tree. I may find one to do this year yet.
