What I appreciate most is being part of the problem solving instead of just saying a criticism. In my line of work, a stance of no is what we call a "Chicken Position." Anyone can say they don't like something, that's the chicken position. A call to where we are headed, pointing the way to the solution, having the strength to not only say "no" to that but also here's where I think we should go, is problem solving, risking, leadership.

I like this lotus pot too. I was thinking pot 2 of the three you posted because the tree, though it does have some battle scars, still feels light and feminine to me.
