It is great……the cold weather season in January and february are so peaceful around the zone 6 & 7.What a luxury to have time to prepare for spring.

Npk brand is crazy expensive……but sometimes good if you need a little 2 oz package or something.
The only downside is that you won't have the crazy long growing season for trees in development, which I guess is good as well once you are refining your trees.What a luxury to have time to prepare for spring. In Houston i was pulling leaves off my maples in January and repotting by early February. Crazy.

Today I made 40 gallons of soil then mixed and bagged about 10 gallons of fertilizer.
