MY GARDEN, SHARE YOURS

Now that the danger of freezing weather is pretty much over, my basins have been filled once again with water as I prepare to drop in the waterlilies for the growing season. Maples and other deciduous trees are slowly coming to life. Spring for those of us in colder climates is truly a magical time!

Hope you're luckier than Bill V. who woke up snow this AM.

Please show us more pics of your spring garden @MACH5 , I'm dreaming myself away in yours so I can forget my own "jungle" lol.

The first three are from Rich’s Foxwollow Evergreens. The last is from Knupper’s, they are closing. Rich is looking for someone to buy his place as they want to retire to New Mexico.

They are all for around a Koi pond I built last year.

Nothing inspiring here, but I am moving into a new house and had a chance to build a small garden. Built it, rigged up misters on a timer, and planted the trees over this weekend. I should have killed the grass underneath first and that is probably going to come back and bite me in the butt. Gets morning sun and then dappled sunlight after 1-2 PM. There are also some zucchini and canteloupe in there.

Tree planted through a plank starting to throw out radial roots:

Slowly building up the garden.

New cinder block displays with composite wood as the top. I will either stain the cinder blocks a darker grey/stone or maybe frame and add decorative stone, or maybe moss as @sorce suggested.

The stone I am hand collecting from a quarry so it is a slow process.

New sedums.
