Multi-trunk Taxus

Yeah its funny for some reason when i first say the splaying you were doing, i thought it was placed mostly to move things forward and back, like sticking something between the tines in a fork to pry them out of a straight line. So the placement of branches in front of and behind didn't make since. Now I see it predominantly moves those outermost trunks out more, which makes way more sense

last pictures are posted above, july this year.
Hi Leatherback
I used your tree here as inspiration for three trees I got my hands on a few years ago. I had to do some serious root pruning but they have been recovering from that and the branch work.
Just wondering if you have some updated pics on how yours looks now in 2024?
Cheers

Hm.. Must have some somewhere. Need to look for them.
It is a bit weak this year. I did massive rootwork on it this spring, as the substrate was still partially the original soil. ..

WTF!
How did you get these out of my yard!
I dont know suddenly i was on a road trip in my small car that fits big trees

Photo before i done any work to it except pruning two sacrifice branches back
Will post more once im finished but its going to take a few days.
Since its been a tree from a youtube star i will take my time to do it right(hopefully)
