Vance I mean no disrespect, Its a Cranberry Candles Mugho from the Mountain Meadows nursery featured on this website, we took a club trip up there and it was one I picked up, it is my second pine in my collection.

Cranberry that probably means the buds are redish in color, in my experience it is probably Pinus Mugo Tyrolean, or Tyrolean Mugo Pine, this particular variety is native to the Tyrolean alps.
