Mostly Naked...

I would love to try a beauty berry as bonsai, but I think it's hard to find interesting starting material.
I have two landscape bushes of it - multitrunk, each one of the trunks is thin and ramrod strait...
I need to get some cuttings started and shape them, I think.
Love your trees!

Is this one wolfberry? Goji berry?

Time time time.... put in the work and the requisite time and your trash will be treasures!
Why do you find BB tricky? I have no issues and it's in such a small pot, I am interested in what you're experiencing?

Its probably me... Lmao. I think I just havent given the cuttings I have enough love. Ill probably try ground growing them all next year to gain some thickness.

beautiful trees and great winter care location-- I am warmer here, but would love to not sweat those hard cold fronts that blast through at times.

Yes it is indeed. It would have more berries if the birds hadn’t seen them first, lol. This will be one of the trees I will be letting go I think.
I'd be interested. :)

I love this...but especially because it's a rule reaker for some. It adds to the charm. What size is this one @JudyB ? But I'm drawn to clumps as well.

It's Chuchin sized, and it's grown remarkably well in shallow pots. I too like the oddballs, but you have to be sure that it's fitting with the overall presentation I think more than with a standard type tree.
