Yeah, it is a monster now, in a good way...The twin trunk Hackberry is so dense now
I got these last year, love them, and the wings that you can angle are awesome for directing light as you need it. In zone 9 I doubt you need any storage lol... But it's a very nice thing to know your trees are secure and safe for the winter.I am so envious of your storage. . .and trees! What kind of lights do you use?
Thanks, my tropicals would love it. My USDA zone is 8a but the climate is extreme. It will be 80F on Sunday but could be in the 20s a week later.I got these last year, love them, and the wings that you can angle are awesome for directing light as you need it. Thanks!Everything is looking so nice!
Thanks! I thought I counted 25 when I stored them, but missed putting in a pic of a small crab, here it is. It took a fair amount of time to get the collection down to there, and I think I'd still like to minimize by several as we are retired now and like to travel a lot. (btw, there are 4 hornbeams total )What a nice collection! I love the beech and the two hornbeams!
I think I counted 23 trees total -- is that your entire collection? I want to get my collection down to about 30 trees, but I'm at about 45 and the choices are starting to get harder
You're welcome, and thank you!Thank you for sharing Your Highness, very impressive!
Time time time.... put in the work and the requisite time and your trash will be treasures!Haha. My trees are trash compared to Queen Judy!! Amazing stuff. Really love the beautyberry. Such a tricky species I find.
