Ficus roots are very pliable so it won't snap. I am going to bind it to the trunk and see if sets. Thanks!In my opinion, the right root should go. Maybe try bending it to the trunk as much as you can, and if it snaps, prune it off.
If you leave the one on the left, you're going to get a bulge where it connects to the trunk. I'm not saying you have to remove it for that reason, just something to think about.
It's thick, but i would also bind it closer to trunk, you barely see it from the front btw.Binding it close to the base is a good idea.
