I have this tree, and I have several cuttings taken last year. They made leaves this spring, but unfortunately a hail storm knocked the leaves off most of them. I see a few new leaves emerging on a couple so I'll have at least one good rooted cutting.
I got mine from forestfarm.com. If you can't get one there I'll gladly send you one of my cuttings.
