Kishu on a cliff

Forgot to take a picture before the moss, but it considered of squishing lots of muck into and over the roots. Then the moss was pressed in.

A mixture of cornstarch and water, cooked in the microwave until it turns to a jelly.

Yeah, I know what you mean!

I bought a 3-pack of kishu's for growing out, cuttings, and grafting stock. This was the smallest of the three and I had this rock laying around... The other two will go in the ground for a while I think.

Not bad but I would Jin that bottom branch too imo .. and just keep the two pads of foliage it detracts and goes too far over the cliff .. but if you went to keep it .. it looks good either way

Outstanding documentation of your process. @Colorado nailed the lookalike….Half Dome.
That a magnificent rock. The vertical lines, texture, color and gentle rounded shape are striking. And, I imagine it is also quite heavy.
Well done on the entire composition. Mighty fine!
