Juniper - pick a leader?

I picked this up last year, been slowly shaping it as a - literati? It has two similar leaders, want to dump one, thin it out, maybe bring it back over the rest of the trunk. I am leaning toward the one one the left with the little bit of wiring. Any reason not to, any votes for the other side

I can't work out which branch you are referring to but that probably does not matter. If you are ever in doubt about removing one or the other that usually means both are good and it won't matter which one you keep. Normally the top of the tree should be toward the front side but otherwise just pick one and do it.
 
I think everything you need and more, is there. More vertical is taller. Pick and choose...
