Juniper Parsoni collected stock advice

I found this juniper discarded on the side of a road. I have always worked with maples and am at a loss what to do with this juniper. Would appreciate any advice on styling. Unsure whether to create a cascade or to rotate and attempted to bring it upright?

I wouldn't be concerned about styling right now. Get it strong first... lots of sun and feed to pump it up. Once it's healthy and vigorous(next year, maybe longer?), I'd look into either a cascade or literati, but I'd need to see the base before making any decisions.
