I could not find one account of anybody trying to grow pistachio here, or any humid climate, but I think it is worth a shot. From what I read, maybe lower yields due to humidity. They really do not like wet feet, which is not a problem in the sand hills. Any experience is of course welcome.
Nonetheless, if anybody has pistachio for sale, I would like 1 male and 1-2 females. Cultivar doesn't matter too much so long as it is an edible variety, like Randy.
