Is my tree dead?

Faster every day.
And you are so right Adair. Sometimes it takes a near death or in my case a death experience to make you realize you aren't going to live forever.
I'm glad to hear you are cancer free. I would miss you on here for sure. No more jabs at wiring. No more discussions on decandling. No more S.OB.s.
Plus you share everything you learn from Boon on here. Priceless information. Well not priceless, you paid handsomely for it. Ha! Couldn't resist.
Mike, it's all about the trees! I do try to share what little I know.

Actually, I have found that it benefits me to share information with others. It's one thing to be told, "Do it like this". But to be challenged on WHY to "do it like that" really forces me to think about it, figure out why and how the technique works, etc. and the folks here at BonsaiNut are very good at challenging others!

DSC00610.JPG Let's see if I can't burn this bottle down today in your honor, Adair!!

We'll see how lucid I am later.......

It seemed to me to be an un-silliceted critique, pretty harmless.

And that happens BEFORE the thong comes out!

I'm gonna make one tonight....

There's that can! My fave down here. Not much selection. 6:30 PM and already in the Tecate bag, again. There is a place in town. Hotel California. They claim one of the Eagles stayed there and wrote the song. Fantasy peninsula.

When I went back to San Diego last year I ate at a different taco shop every day for a week, sometimes twice a day, that's how bad I missed so cal Mexican food. Here in Texas there is only one Mexican restaurant I can stand getting anything other than a quesadilla because everything else is drenched in heavy red sauce or queso dip and leaves me feeling nasty after (tastes great going in but an hour or so later it's like a bomb went off). The freshness and crispness of the ingredients In cal-mex leave you feeling full but refreshed, and the fish tacos in San Diego are RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING. I have gotten into many arguments with people here about Tex-mex and they think it's so amazing but yet have never even been out of Texas most of the time. That's one thing I kind of can't stand here is the Texas is better than everyone mentality, especially when they 90% of the time have never even been across state lines lol
