I believe this is a black walnut?

I found this out in a field looks like deer or rabit have been eating its bark. Cool Find I think. I think and hope it is a black walnut does anybody know for sure?

Also, Black Walnut has Juglone toxin in every part of the tree including the leaves. Some plants are particularly susceptible to it and can actually die from it. So if you do come across one, keep that in mind. They’re all over the place where I’m from, but I’ve never tried one. Nigel Saunders on YouTube has tried, but from his experience they’re not fond of transplanting into a pot.
