Highbush Blueberry yamadori

Just read this whole thread. I’ve been really enjoying your contributions to the site, some really nice histories on your projects between posts like this, the pears, and others. Keep them coming! Did not know blueberries came this big!

i was putting these two up for sale. multi trunk is 2yrs out the woods and the single trunk is 3yrs. $250 a piece. i also have some 2yr old cuttings for $50 if you just want the cultivar.

The woods here are full of highbush blueberries, always amazes me how nuts they get below the soil. I have learned that just because they have a 1 inch trunk above the soil, that it may flare out to 5 inches or more under the soil. They'll lose the main trunk at some point and grow a new one I assume based on some I find with multiple rotted out holes in the root flare that have a lot of character. I dug up 7, I think, last year and they all survived, 2 abandoned their trunk and suckered from the base though sadly.
