Helpp!

My 2 bonsais have always been beautifully green, well maintained and pruned. They are always kept outside under a small canopy in the partial sun and in the winter they are kept in the garage.
However, recently the needles have started to turn completely orange and the bark is peeling off.
I have tried everything, extra water, no water, extra food, no food, out of the sun, in the sun, new soil, no pruning... However, nothing seems to work.

Can anyone give me useful tips to solve this? Before they're completely dead...

Yeah, they're already completely dead. Looks like junipers. They usually like full sun and should be overwintered outside. Who knows if this contributed or not. Heck, maybe a neighbor sprayed some herbicide that blew into your yard or something.

This is way worse than a normal winter color and if it was it is a little too early for that imo.
None of my junipers have turned to the winter color yet.

Your location might offer some clues about what happened. Please put that info in your avatar. General country/state info goes a very long way for us to provide useful advice.

FWIW, the overall uniform color suggests to me that these got some kind of shock, probably to their roots--like drying out completely for too long, insecticide/herbicide spray, even cat urine in the soil (if you have a cat, or roaming cats in the neighborhood, that might be something to think about.)

Also FWIW, junipers can take a while to show stress. However, sometimes some kind of trauma (like those mentioned above) can turn them brown in a few days.
