Harts Shohin Trash Elms

4th cutback on these. The raft style has been the least vigorous. Still getting long runners but not much vascular growth. I assume it’s the ground layer I’m doing.

Great to see an update to this thread. Siberians have a lot of interest for me as a beginner. Very available around here and hardy. I only have one potted at this point. Dug in early August because it was going to get chopped to the roots if I didn't. Hoping to build a few more boxes and collect a handful more this fall.
