Fukien Tea leaves falling off

Is it inside? I have one and past winter dropped all leafs and sat like that for about 6 weeks before starting to get leafs again. It’s outside now as it’s much happier there in some sun

Fukien Tea is one of those rare plants whose mysteries elude many of the most experienced - including myself 
You can provide the best care, with the best environment, and then one minute they will crash, without any known cause. Given the dessication I see in the branches and trunk, I'm pretty sure your plant is dead... but you can continue watering and hope for the best. If you don't see a hint of green in a month, it's time to toss it on the burn pile.

One other thing to do while waiting is making sure to only water as needed
